Frequently asked questions
The program is open to final-year university students and recent graduates from any Rwandan university. You do not need prior work experience.
Each cohort runs over six consecutive Saturdays. Sessions are held on campus and last approximately four hours each.
The program is fully subsidised for students. There is no fee to apply or participate.
A polished CV, structured interview experience, a professional network, and direct visibility to employers in the Talent Match hiring pool.
After completing the program, your profile is shared with our network of partner employers. Many cohort members receive interview invitations within weeks of completing.
